How do you measure your quality of work?
Keiter Stephens is a member of the Private Companies Practice Section and the Audit Quality Center of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). We received an “unmodified” report (the highest rating) from our 2008 peer review performed by an independent firm. We are also registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Several of our audit principals have assisted companies with their initial public offerings and have extensive experience with the SEC’s quarterly and annual filing requirements. Based on this experience, we are qualified to audit the financial statements of SEC registrants.
