Bill has over 30 years of corporate and consulting experience helping organizations chart their direction, develop and sustain profitable growth, and successfully manage change across a range of industry segments. He has worked extensively with small and mid-sized companies, including family owned businesses and publicly traded corporations.
He has a proven track record as both a consultant and operating manager in redirecting underperforming operations, executing targeted growth strategies, and turning around troubled businesses. Bill started and grew three successful companies, two for investor groups and one of his own.
In recent years, he has developed a special expertise in the foodservice sector where he serves clients in the $15 million to $350 million range across 20 states. He has combined his understanding of the industry with the knowledge gained working in banking and investment banking firms to take a significant role in the foodservice merger and acquisition arena. Bill has represented both buyers and sellers and coordinated all aspects of the due diligence, negotiation and agreement structure process to achieve favorable results for his clients.
