Rick has 20 years of experience in public accounting providing tax and accounting services for rapidly growing privately-held businesses and individuals. He also has 10 years of experience in the real estate development and construction industry, specializing in residential and multi-family housing. Rick’s clients include Charlottesville based developers and contractors, and numerous high potential, high growth technology companies. He has also been involved in numerous angel and private equity offerings.
Prior to merging his practice into Keiter Stephens, Rick was a co-founder of Hoffman, White & Company, P.C. in Charlottesville, which was a successful tax and business consulting practice for ten years. During his tenure with Hoffman, White & Company, Rick acquired significant expertise in providing accounting services to companies in the following industries: real estate development and construction, early-stage bio-technology, medical equipment, pharmaceutical, and winery.
