Bob has served clients of closely-held businesses in the retail, technology, and service industries for more than thirty years. He works with start up organizations to help with business plans, strategic planning, organizational and management structure issues, and funding. Representing investors, Bob has an in-depth understanding of new ventures from all sides of a transaction including owner/managers, investors, and lenders.

In the 2005 through 2007 surveys conducted by Virginia Business magazine, Bob was named one of Virginia's Super CPAs.
