For over 25 years, Robert has provided tax and accounting services for publicly-held corporations, start-up and established bio-technology companies, closely-held businesses, and individuals. He has significant experience in Internal Revenue Service representation, forensic accounting, complex financial modeling, financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations, and income tax planning, and return preparation.
Robert has provided a full range of accounting and tax services to manufacturing, bio-technology, retail, service, natural resources, and not-for-profit organizations throughout Central Virginia. He has worked with manufacturers with whom he evaluated the economic impact of proposed property tax increases, negotiated settlements of federal, state, and local tax audits, administered qualified pension/profit-sharing plans, and supervised financial statement audits of employee benefit plans.
