Peer Review
How do you measure technical quality?
Keiter Stephens is a member of the Private Companies Practice Section and the Center for Audit Quality of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). We received an “unqualified” report (the highest rating) from our 2005 peer review performed by an independent firm. We are also registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and received an “unqualified” report from our recent PCAOB inspection. Several of our audit principals have assisted companies with their initial public offerings and have extensive experience with the SEC’s quarterly and annual filing requirements. Based on this experience, we are qualified to audit the financial statements of SEC registrants.
The Peer review reports and comment letters are public
record on the AICPA's web site at www.aicpa.org. PCAOB inspection reports also public record on the PCAOB's website at www.pcaobus.org.
