A young group of five accountants with an entrepreneurial spirit defined the KS Culture when they forged a partnership 30 years ago in Richmond, Virginia. From its beginning, the Keiter Stephens culture was based on providing superior client service, developing the careers of their staff, encouraging new ideas and contributions from employees at all levels, perpetuating a genuine commitment to the community, and fostering a work hard/play hard atmosphere.
Today, Keiter Stephens has grown to 18 principals and over 100 employees in Richmond and Charlottesville. The KS culture is a direct result of the Firm’s growth and success.
